I have opinions
and I have meanings
many of which I keep to myself
can´t stand the fuzz
and a line of possible lame arguments
against me

a longtime struggler with
self consciousness
but I do know I´m right anyway
anything less
would etch my identity

I have nothing against the joy of
plural ways conversations
where everyone argues for themselves
and perhaps even meet in the middle
just for the sake of it
when the dawn draws the line

what you thought was heaven
tread down on your shoulders
within a few evil seconds
will threaten to choke you

the eyes of a lamb
soft spoken like a quite waterfall
venomous like a copperhead
a rather common snake in South Carolina
go ahead, people, google it
and learn something new today
