another beached whale
another belly full of plastic
another rebel yell from nature
in deadly silence
and the waves
just keep on coming

for as long as
as the sun
keeps arising
the void of common sense
will keep on pounding
my plastic heart

the news reeled in
and I just wanted
to let it end
an angel lost of its wings
unable to fly
left without a choice
that kept hope alive

I`m not afraid to die
I`m not afraid of
what I may owe
any manmade god
I`ll make my own cross
or whatever it takes
and laugh all the way to eternity

and in the end
if heaven actually is a place
how come there are no pics
posted on snap, face or instagram
beauty is in the eye of the beholder
reality sure too is

that still think the sky is the limit
