believing is seeing
and what I´ve seen so far
is not worth believing in

freedom is a word worth protecting
there´s no excuse
to let the rule and law of the stone age
rule any of us today
evolution and natural progress
is the proof of that

there are no tears in heaven
no virgins either
the tears are cried here on earth
where lives are lived
anyone who´s been there
can confirm that
for all the others of us
common sense will have to do
