as the day was coming towards an end
dark shadows came in from the dark
giving terror a brand new face
ripping a hole in the heart of freedom
it was Paris, friday the 13th

I tried to reach you before you went
but, you were already gone
a ticket to see your favorite band
a late night drink at the local bar
a date or a moonlight serenade
then heaven sent
I don´t know what all this means
but I guess freedom has a price
and Paris picked up the bill tonight
