faceless in a crowd(Arnold Melleby, 03.02.2016)

feed the dog just enough
to keep it barking
if it doesn´t ring a bell
you may be headed for hell

through the layers of hope
you said without your freedom
you can´t cope
through the layers of crystal
you expose your femdom
shooting straight from the pistol

when you walked into the room
we were all
faceless in a crowd
when you walked into the room
we were all
faceless in a crowd
if you ever knew
you´d stay away
we were all
faceless in a crowd
when you walked into the room

her love letters all spoke of hate
before we all knew the word of it
she was injected
before we all knew the word of it
she was infected
before we knew the word of it
she was rejected

as the children arrived
she died
not a slow
but a violent
death
depression
became her new happy

when you walked into the room
we were all
faceless in a crowd
when you walked into the room
we were all
faceless in a crowd
if you ever knew
you´d stay away
we were all
faceless in a crowd
when you walked into the room
